Because of an unplanned event, starting January 5th we began experiencing a service outage on our servers.
Our technicians are working hard, night and day to restore all the services. In the first 12 hours they restored the e-mail services, so that all the incoming email to our usual contact are coming in normally.
Regarding the portal coming back on line, this is just a matter of hours now. It took a little bit longer then expected because we restored all the sessions until the last moment before the server failed, so that no one of our customer will loose anything, such as an user account, or a configured cart or anything like that.
